repack finish goods to set

Hi, Experts,

Our sales office received finish goods, they will re-pack 2 finish goods to 1 set. and also need manage set stock in system.

when sales office received SO for set, then ship to customer.

we no need calculate repacking labor cost , so we don't want to use prod order, is there any solution for this re-pack process?

What is the final resoling of this task?

I have the same task - to repack from 2 units of finished goods - to one set ( kit) .

We have created new material number for the Kit which will contain 2 units of initial material.

Now we do not know how to transfer from initial material number 2 units of finished goods - to new material number ?

31Q is used when received SO, then repacking and shipped.

we want to repack before receive SO, and also want to see the set stock in system.
