Data migration for Item proposal VA51

Hello. I am looking for the way how to do Data Migration for SD Item Proposal.

That is a kind of SD Document, Category D, Type PV. It consist of Header VBAK and Item VBAP tables.

All other Migration objects I do with LTMC Migration Cockpit. When I thied to migrate Item Proposal with Sales Order Template, I get an error < Unpermitted combination of business object BUS2032 and sales doc. category D>. I think it is because Category D document differs, for example, it does not have VBPA table for Partners.

So now I am looking for alternative method, like

1. LTMOM - I need FM,working with this Item Proposal,

2. LSMW - any guidance appreciated.

I think this is currently not possible in S/4HANA Cloud and would need to be requested here: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1167

Yes, I tried this in LTMC Migration Cockpit or Migrate Your Data.
