There is no default password, you have to set it through the client.

Hi sotos.soteriou3,

Refer to the SAP Business One Administrator's Guide.

Support User Id contains a randomly generated password. You can change it when logging on with another superuser account.

The Support user account can only be used if the remote support platform (RSP) is active (an RSP system status report was uploaded within the last 7 days).

The password of support user can be changed and maintained from
SAP Business One client -> Administration -> setup -> general -> users,

Pls you need to login with manager or super user.
