I am not able to connect to the SAP instance via GUI

I am not able to connect to the SAP instance via GUI. I have made sure in my ntwork port 3200 is open. I also tried to connect via the GUI installed on the SAP S/4HANA(Windows Remote Desktop) but still get the same error (attached).

I am not sure if the SAP service is running. I see attached status message on the cal.sap.com portal.

Hi Jitendramani,

Welcome to the SAP Community!

I took the liberty of changing the tags on your question, as the one you chose, "Logging for SAP GUI...", is not what you probably thought it was for. Your issue most likely has to do with your ABAP application server platform, so I selected a primary tag of "SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP" for you. In addition, I put a secondary tag for "UI SAP GUI for Windows" on the question (which is for what you probably thought you were selecting earlier).

You can find a list of available tags at http://sapassets.edgesuite.net/tools/SAP-Community-Tags.xlsx.

You may want to have a look through the blog Ask Good Questions to Get Good Answers in the Forums as well, for tips on how best to help others to help you. This, along with the Rules of Engagement, will stand you well as you engage with the community.

Cheers,
Matt

Hi Jitendramani,

SAPGUI error shows:
"Partner '52.39.175.132:sapdp00' nor reached
WSAEWOULDBLOCK: Resource temporarily unavailable"

This points to temporary issues with Dispatcher running on host 52.39.175.132, instance number 00.
Check Dispatcher trace file (dev_disp can be found on DIR_HOME folder) to see if there's any error.

Regards,
Raquel
