Query on SOAP and AS2/AS4 Adapter options

Hello Team,

If I see the sender Adapter of SOAP/AS2/AS4 , I see the Attachment Option available whereas in receiver adapter there is no such option for Attachment

Does this indicate attachment is only supported by sender adapter and not receiver adapter!!? Please clarify

Hi Dinesh,

It is used for applying size restriction for the incoming message and attachments in sender adapter. When we are using receiving adapter, this constraint is not present. Receiver system can impose restrictions on the size.

Using receiver adapter, you can send attachments also.
