Hi Expercts,
We are facing and issue in F110 were it picked up the debit and credit line item from one customer account .
in proposal it showes as zero amount by matching debit and credit and the status is green in the proposal .
But F110 has not cleared it . the bot the the line item are still open in the customer account. So, we tried to clear it manually in f-32 but system show there is no open item for the account.After analysing it we found that REGUP table got updated with the bot line item .Because of the we are un able to clear the line item
could you please help us to resolve the issue .
