Status Profile for customized transaction in SD module

Hello Team,

we have a requirement to enable control like release strategy on one off our customized tcode ZCER_PRINT (certificate create and print).we create certificate for customer through the combination of contract no. and customer code in tcode zcer_print. basically we want certificate created from zcer_print to come to marketing manager for approval before sending to customer. in standard process we have release strategy in PO PR for approval of top manager before releasing them. can we enable it on customized tcode? if not then how can we set status profile for customized tcode for creating approval before release to customer?

please help us to resolve the issue
