CDS view did not get activated after TR import of a data element change

Hi, we faced a strange issue.

In Development system, we changed data type of existing data element from char to dats in the structure CI_AFVU. This include is used in several CDS views.

After transport from Dev to Quality, 2 CDS views that uses the AFVU structures did not get activated. This resulted in 2 applications dumping.

The TR import also took 3 hours.

We are now worried if we move this TR into production, will it take this long for the import?

Also will there be any CDS views that won't get activated?

Will we be able to identify all the inactive objects after TR import?

Please suggest.
