SAP Analytics Cloud export data to ACDOCP customer doesnt exist

Hello,

I am trying to export plan data from SAC to s4hana to the ACDOCP table.

but when i export the model there is an error that tells that the customer doesn't exist, but when i search the customer in the master table of S4HANA it exists.

So i dont know why the error tells me that the customer doesnt exist
