Huge difference between Cost element report and budget related Project systems Reports

Hi Experts,

We are seeing Huge difference in Value between Cost element report (In Object Currency) and budget related Reports (in Controlling Area Currency).

Budget related or Hierarchical reports are in in Controlling Area Currency (KWD) by default. when we change the currency to Object Currency (SAR) we see huge difference between the two output. Ironically its in Millions.
