dotnet core client support for linux

We were very excited to see the announcement for client support for dotnet core on Windows, and have been using the driver on windows with dotnet 6 (aspnet applications) for the past month, albeit in development and testing.

Will a linux client driver be released? If so, any ideas when?

Ideally we'd like to run these applications on linux in production - mostly for cost reasons. Regardless, we will be running them on aws using ECS.
