Outbound Delivery allow Goods issue 0 pieces

HI Experts,

We are currently working on an implementation from public to privat cloud.

IN the production proces they stage materials from Raw material storage location to production supply area.
This generates a delivery, when they want to reverse this, in the public cloud they would just cancel the warehousetasks, change the quantities to 0 and "post a goods issue for 0 pieces" this way the delivery got removed from the list with open deliveries.

When i try this in the new system (posting the goods issue for 0 pieces) I get this message, which is logical wise normal. But is there a way to do goods issue for 0 pieces? IS there a custo setting?
