Connecting an APO to S4H Cloud ?

Hello experts,

we have a request to use our inhouse / on-premise APO (SCM7.0 EHP3) for a business unit which uses the S4H Cloud system as their ERP system. Means our APO is inhouse and the S4H ERP system outside. Does somebody know how to connect them or can refer to an SAP document / how-to guide (I assume a normal CIF connection like we have it for our SAP ECC to APO being both inhouse is no option).

Our requirement is:

1) integrate material and plant master data inbound APO

2) integrate all SNP planning relevant transaction data (stock, sales orders, deliveries, purchase orders, stock transfers etc.)

3) publish VSF from APO-DP outbound to S4C

4) publish PurchReqs from APO-SNP outbound to S4C
