Path to BI Broadcasting portal

Setting, select a report and click Edit

the report failed when accessing the following popup :

however I noticed my older reports are not pointing to the above url (in red).

So i amended the red wordings and I'm able to access the report

sbiprd1.biportal.com:50300/sap/bw/BEx?CMD=START_BROADCASTER&SETTING_ID==START_BROADCASTER70&SETTING_ID=AR_NAR_STK_REP1

I'll like to know where I can change the path of the url.
