Hierarchy disappeared in the selection screen for Manage Global Hierarchy

Hello SAP Group Reporting Experts,

While trying to edit a hierarchy via upload template the hierarchy disappeared. Not showing up in search also. When creating a new hierarchy getting error message stating Hierarchy already exist. In the search tool when searching for the Hierarchy ID its is available in the selection but not available for editing. How do I get this hierarchy to be available for edit or in the hierarchy list.

Search with Hierarchy ID also pulls 0 records
