Content Repository Process/Setup

Hello, Experts.

We're Content Server Admin newbies and we need your insights regarding our content server and its content repositories.

Just to give a brief background, our case is SAP Content Server with MaxDB. There are 4 content repositories P1, P2, P3, and ML in this account.

To our knowledge, P1 is the only repository being used by our customer, but upon checking the trace logs in the content server, P2 and ML are also being used.

CONTREP table results are only ML and P1. In the components/documents table, content repository ML has more documents than P1.

Is there a method for us to check the settings of these content repositories in order to understand more about the setup and process?
