Not able to activate or Reject the changes made in Value mapping table in SAP PO ID

Hi,

I had made changes in the existing value mapping table. When i tried to activate the changes it gives "Missing value for ObjVersion!" error.

While reverting the same change from my change list i get the same error.

Now i have this Value mapping table locked under my ID. Can anyone suggest how we can Activate / Reject this changes from my change list in SAP PO ID.
