Why BD87 is not working for outbound IDOC in status 30

I am trying to to reprocess IDOCS which are failed. I have changed the IDOC status back to 30 and trying to do BD87 but it is not working.

What "is not working" i.e. what do you see?

Hi Mani

Please check the following:

Go to Partner profile - (WE20) --> Select your profile. - Double click - Go to Outbound options

Case : In output mode block -- If you have opted Collect Idocs Then you need to run the program RSEOUT00

Case : if you have chosen 'Transfer idoc immediately' - Then it will work automatically.

Please check in your case you might have opted the case 1

Sir I tried this but it is not working. I am not sure what is missing even I made changes to WE20 profile also. Do you think some abap debugging is needed here.

Hi Venkat,

Thank you so much! We've had the same problem (IDocs in BD87 are always in status 30). And the reason was this option "Collect Idocs"...

Hi Mani,

If you have already changed the status back to 30 then you should be able to use report RSEOUT00 to resend the IDoc in question.
