What is the purpose of using sales organization's address ? Why we need an address for sales organizations?

It is the address of Sales Organization. It can be the Legal Address of the Business Entity.

The Address is printed on the Forms (Outputs) like Order confirmation, Invoice etc...

So what is the difference between company’s address and sales organization’s address? Which one displayed on the documents?

Depends on your set up. Generally on SD Forms (for example Sales Order or Invoice), address of Sales Organization is displayed / printed.
