Unable to restart HANA Database System in BTP

Hi,

I am currently trying to restart a HANA MDC Database System in SAP BTP (I got a notification to do so due to OS security patches). However, when I try to do the same, I unfortunately run into the following error:

Has someone else faced this issue? I tried looking at trace files to figure out if a process was blocking HANA, but unfortunately could not find any such error.

Any help around this would be appreciated!
