SAP S/4HANA 2021 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance - Client error on launch

Hi Team,

Followed the instructions in the below video link:

SAP Cloud Appliance Library: Creating Your Solution Instance using Amazon Web Services.

Created the AWS account. Requested and got the vCPU limit increased to 44 (which is required and the video does not mention.)

The instance creation is failing with below message. I have tried twice with terminating the instance, deleting the user and using a different AWS account with the same issue.
