I'm not able to create stability notification QST01

I want to create notification with notification type QS but not able to do it as the notification type QS is not available in the dropdown list when I use QST01.

Pls guide me.

Dear Suresh Kumar,

thank you for the details provided.

Some points to check:

1. Please check, whether the PLM Extension EA-PLM is activated properly in the affected system. (transaction SFW5)
2. If you have an S/4 system, following KBA might be relevant:
   2530939 - Missing entries in QM customizing in S/4 environment
3. Relevant SAP Note in the topic:
   589852 - Stability study: Setting up clients (Customizing)
   Important:
   "...
   During an upgrade there must be no identical Customizing entries such as notification type QS or status profile QM_S_001 in the target client.
   ..."
