(3XK, 3D2) Is it possible to link WBS to in-house repair orders and service orders?

For scope items: In-House Repair (‏3XK‏) and Service Order Management and Monitoring (‏3D2‏), is it possible to manage costs and sales with WBS by linking WBS to in-house repair orders and service orders? Found no description in the test scripts of 3XK and 3D2.
