We are implementing public cloud solution for GB country.

As per the standard system set up - UK GAAP is leading ledger and IFRS is non-leading ledger.

We need to Swap and make IFRS as a leading ledger and UK GAAP as non-Leading ledger.

How to get this done and when should we request for the same?

assume you are working with cbc system to scope and configure.
By default, the leading ledger is used to manage the data required according to the accounting principles for the local close, while the non-leading ledger is used for the data required for consolidated financial statements.
in other words, by default s4hana cloud offers 0L as leading ledger, linked to local accounting principle.

in your case, the UK GAAP. you could of course choose to switch to accounting principle IFRS - ledger 2L as leading ledger.

New customers using the new Central Business Configuration can change previously fixed assignment of accounting principles to ledgers according to their business needs.
If you are using SAP Central Business Configuration , you can also change the assignment of accounting principles to ledgers. You can find this configuration activity in SAP Central Business Configuration in the Realize phase under Configuration Activities.
