Where to assign profiles created in "Maintain Data Entry Profiles " config to employee?

Can you please let us know how to assign the profiles create in the configMaintain Data Entry Profiles (S/4HANA) to the employees?

You can create employees and contingent workers via ,
1. Import Employee app,
2. Public Workforce Master Data API
3. via the replication from SuccessFactors system to SAPS/4HANA Cloud (JB1 Scope Guide for Integration between SF and S/4HANA).
Whenever an employee is created, a corresponding business partner is created with roles BUP003 for employee or BBP005 for service performers and BBP010 for freelancers.
