Can I run a report to find PM's that are routinely missed?

How can I easily figure out which Preventive Maintenance orders have been skipped/missed routinely for the past several periods? For example, I would like to see a list of all PM's organized such that I can easily see that no work hours have been charged for several consecutive periods for various PM orders that have been TECO'd and are currently open. This would help me to prioritize orders for next week's plan.
