SAP Marketing On Premise - How to delete interaction contact without deleting interactions

Greetings,

Is it possible to flag and delete an interaction contact using programs CUAN_CE_IC_SET_COLD and CUAN_CE_IC_DELETE_COLD without flagging and deleting it's interactions? Furthermore, is it possible to flag and delete one ID in the facet of an interaction contact without flagging and deleting it's additional ID's?
