Integrate express Mail in Notifications and My Inbox

Hello Specialists,

we have the following problem:

In backend transaction CC02:

we use the function Create document and send:

In the following window we can choose the recipient and send it as express mail:

When the user do something a popup occurs:

and in the Business workplace the document is shown under documents:

Now we want to have this in the notifications area in Fiori Launchpad and in the app My Inbox as well.

I saw the note 2520673 - SAPOffice emails not displaying in My Inbox.

Could anybody give me a tip, how this could be realized?
