AIN-EAM integration: equipment auto "ERP sync"

Dear all,

We have an issue related to AIN-EAM equipment sync when it comes to AIN equipment generation.

The point is that sync from EAM to AIN is OK, or AIN_EQUI_SYNC too... so when source of equipment is EAM, all OK.

But when creating an AIN equipment in cloud (even publishing it) it does not trigger any request to SAP WS35100001 worfklow. So AIN to EAM flow does not do anything. Why?

We have set up:

1. In AIN, in "external system details", SAP ERP setting... pointing at "EAM_connection" destination.

At this point, there is no way to know if configuration is OK or not, except destination that detects "EAM_connection" is created in BTP and system name is as defined in AIN_SYSTEM_NAME parameter.

2. In SAP BTP, "EAM_connection" is OK (testing OK).

3. SYCLO customized (SACI_EQUIPMENT_SYNC) with automatic sharing, externa number and publish 'X'

4. Workflow WS35100001 created and manually tested.

My questions are:

1. When creation of an equipment in AIN side.. when does it trigger the creation order to EAM?

Where can we check it?

2. Where can we trace in BTP that something happened?

3. Does it appear in SYCLO configpanel monitoring?
