GRC Process control Table relationship diagram

Does anyone have, or know where to source, a table entity diagram to show the process control module tables joins. I am trying to build a full Process Control data model in SAP hana to reflect the full set of risks, associated controls, testing , automation and the rest. In essence an analytical model. I just cannot find an easy way to understand the table relationships for the Process Control Module.
