Performance issue while initial sync SAM2110

Hi Experts,

We are working on SAM2110 and we have a Neo Subaccount of KSA (Riyadh) region.

We observed while doing the initial sync from the Mobile it is taking more time about 10 minutes & the delta sync is about 3 minutes. We don't have more number of functional locations and equipment.

and we observed that deploying from WebIDE is also taking more time around 12 minutes.

Can you please advise if this Neo Subaccount of KSA (Riyadh) region has some performance issues or if anything?

I am not aware of anything. If the problem is still occurring please open a support incident so it can be investigated.
