Sales Contract condition migration

Hello,

I have several questions regrading migration of Sales contract and condition :

1. Using VA11 - I've manually created contract (type ZWV0) and condition type ZHD0

I saw the records in tables VBAK and PRCD_ELEMENT.

2. BUT, during migration of Condition Record for Pricing (General template) object , with condition type = ZDH0 I'm getting the error below :
"The provided key fields are not supported by the condition type ZHD0."

I could not find any reference to this condition type on the SAP Note 2332748 , therefore I could not find what is the key combination for this condition type. Please advise what to do.

2. After migrating Condition Record for Pricing, I wish to migrate Sales Contract (type ZWV0) and to connect he appropriate condition. The tables VBAK and PRCD_ELEMENT, as I understand, are linked by "Doc. Condition No." field. Is it possible to use external numbering for this field, to prepare upload files for both objects with corresponding Doc. Condition No.

Please find my answer

"The provided key fields are not supported by the condition type ZHD0." - This is not standard condition type. Its customer specific condition so defiantly it wont be available in any SAP notes.

To find the sequence of your condition type go to tcode V/07 and find your ZHDO condition type and see the sequence .Same way you to pass in the file.

Following your instruction , I've found that the condition ZHD0:

1. Does have an entry in table T685A but NO entry in table T682I. Our SD consultant says no sequence is required.

2. However, I've succeeded to create a contract, using transaction VA41 (contract type ZWV0) with this condition (ZHD0) . Attached print screen.

If I can do that on-line, I would love to know how the same can be done by migration. What objects should I use ?

The Sales Contract object - requires Item (mandatory) .

But , our needs are different : we want to migrate sales contracts with the following details :

Contract Type (= ZWV0), Customer, and the above mentioned conditions (ZHD0-ZHD5), Those conditions present sales of Work / Spare parts / Fuel discount ( in %) per customer (AND not per product).

I've tried to reach for directions on the web, but could not find an answer.

Hi Hedva

The other way to find the access sequence is at table level. Please find the screenshot. Please follow these steps

1) Go to table T685A put KSCHL as ZHD0

2) Go to table T682I put KOZGF as ZHD0 and you should KOLNR( Access Sequence ) and KOTABNR ( Access Sequence Table .

in my attached screenshot KOTABNR is 904 and KVEWE A then table name is A904. Which gives you the access sequence. ZHD0 must have an entry in these tables else there is a problem in customization.

V/07 used for access sequence

The customer specific condition ZHD0 does not include any sequences

What I need to do to figure this out ?

(BTW, I have same issue with purchasing contract using condition code PB00)
