Get Support Link in EP

Could anyone please explain me, what does the "GET SUPPORT" link in EP does(in logic screen)

Thanks for the reply.

Could you please tell me the procedure on how to configure the email settings in EP?

Because as of now, when i enter the required fields to reset the password, it says "Incorrect Information Provided".

hi,

One of the function it does is password reset. It asks for the user id, first name, last name and email id and when submit it sends a new password to the email id if email is enabled for ur portal. And in other logon problms, you can mail note to your portal administrator. These all work only when email has been configured for your portal.
