Greetings experts,
we currently have an application published in the public stores of ios and Android, recently users are not sending an error that does not allow them to synchronize their information, I have been reviewing the documentation but I do not find anything that allows me to overcome this error, It would be of great help if any member of this community gave me a guide to overcome this incident, then I leave a screenshot of the error.
the application has the multiuser option enabled, how could we overcome this without losing information?
