Are there APIs for replicating Sales Contract & Sales Quote?

The customer has the requirement of replicating Sales Contract, Sales Quote and Sales Order from S4HC to C4C system.

For sales orders they've found an API - "Sales Order - Replicate (A2A)" to replicate Sales Order data from S4HC to C4C by creating a custom iFlow (Reusing the A2A interface) and by setting up an appropriate Communication Arrangement for it.

However, they would like to know if there are APIs for replicating Sales Contract & Sales Quote.

From the API business hub we can see that currently there are no such SOAP APIs for replicating sales contracts or sales sales quotations. Currently there are only the below two OData APIs for sales contract and sales quotation.

For this new feature request to have APIs for replicating sales contracts or sales sales quotations, you are strongly recommended to raise a new feature request through the Customer Influence Website: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/11 under the session SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Sales: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1170.

This is an important channel because our product management team will collect customer requirements based on this channel and take highly-voted ones into consideration. Then the development team will start develop it.

I've also helped you to search in the Customer Influence by keywords "sales contract/sales quotation" "replicate" "API" but didn't find a similar request from other customers.

So here your effort is needed to create your own and detailed feature request. For example, you can write like this way: "Requiring to have APIs for replicating sales contracts or sales sales quotations like the SOAP API "Sales Order - Replicate (A2A)", also with the reason/necessity/benefit of this feature request. Although this function is currently not provided, if more and more customers are requiring this functionality and vote for you, it will be taken into consideration in future releases.

Thanks for the tip; however, we were unable to determine any API related to Sales Invoice (Billing Document) which could be used for replication. We are trying to replicate the data from S4HCloud to C4C system via CPI.

Would you be able to provide any input, which might be helpful to us in achieving the requirement? Appreciate your input.

Hi Muhammad,

Would you please try the below two workarounds:

1. Subscribe billing document events to get latest billing documents.
2. Then use OData API API_BILLING_DOCUMENT_SRV to get the detail information of billing documents.

Besides questions about the sales contract and the sales quotation, here I attach the latest question from the customer:

"Can you please let us know if there is any API to enable Sales Invoice Replication (if available in PDF format) in S/4HC"?

It can be seen from the API Business Hub that there is no such a SOAP API (A2A) for replicating sales invoice (billing document). You can search by keywords in the API Business Hub to check whether there are APIs that you are finding.
