GR/IR account adjustment

Hi All

We have done direct adjustments in invoicing (MIRO) where GR amount was different then invoice amount. Let's say at GR it was -318 & at MIRO it was 319 which is causing balance at GR/IR account which should be zero. There are many such document from fiscal year 2021 too.

One of the solution is to post credit memo which at the moment we would like to avoid. Is there any other way (for multiple documents) apart from doing manual adjustment GR/IR account (CR/DR) & Inv-Trading Goods Account (CR/DR)? I tried F.19 but it seems reversal date is mandatory & we don't want to reverse it. MR11 doesn't shows our document.

You need to check report with MB5S and if at all differences with your PO number/Vendor number/Purch. Organization- you can do it with MR11 for your PO number/Vendor number/Purch. Organization as needed.

Open MB5S report check difference with your PO number and Vendor number and Purchase Organization,

You have to manage with MR11.
