Do I have to bind alert notification for an application?

I am not getting the alert notification mail but through Send Test Event it is sending the mail. How to solve this issue?

Hi,

I have similar issue, I am looking for alert for the event type - audit.app.stop. In the subscription if I click on send test event it works fine, however when I am stopping one of the dynamic form application it does not trigger the email alert.

Without more information to go on:

1) Verify Basis has connected your SAP environment to a email server via transactions SCOT

2) Assign email address to user master record - SU01 > Address Tab
