I am working in a plant where we are supplying components to different plants. The same components goes to multiple plants.
We are in a situation where, for the same component some plants wants the component delivered in pallets, while other customers wants the component delivered in boxes. Is it possible to link purchase orders from customers directly to the production order, so we know if we should produce the component a pallet or in boxes? Right now we have to produce everything in pallets and manually decant the product into boxes before delivery (Not very efficient!).
Hope you have some clever solutions to this problem.
