how to add fields in the T CODE C027

we are currently implementing sap PP for a client who wish to add some fields to the transaction C027 as shown in the picture below :

in the yellow spot. my question is :

how can we add fields in this transaction ? and is it possible to do it without using user exits ? and which is the easier?
