Configuring Sender MailAdapter Channel in SAP PI

Hi Team,

Earlier we configured imap://gsudscas.****.com.au/Inbox mailbox in PI however this was moved to O365 by customer. We tried changing url to O365 as advised and tested however it didn’t worked.

As per business requirement files(csv) will be placed in mailbox server. PI need to pick up those files and process it via mail adapter.

Could you please advise.
