Data Migration from Kronos to SF Timesheets

Hello All,

We are in a process of replacing Kronos system to SF Timesheet. At present we have Kronos and ECPY integration, employees time data is entered in Kronos and gets replicated to ECPY for payroll processing. As we are replacing Kronos with SF Timesheets, we are migrating 1 year time history to SF Timesheets as per legal requirement. My question is, will it impact on replication process as its historical data ? this one year history is already present in ECPY, once we move this 1 year data from Kronos to SF will it override in ECPY ?

Could please share your challenges, lessons learnt, inputs, KBA, any documents on similar transformation if you have done.

Hi Shilpa! I have never worked with this, but I was wondering, isn't there a similar option to assign a Cutoff Date when Replication should actually start? In the same sense as we have when Replication needs to flow from SF into SAP for example, we would use the Data Replication Configuration to define this cutoff date..

BR,

Evangelia
