SAP PO (BPM & BRM) License usage

Dear Experts,

We are planning to implement SAP PO 7.5 in our company for integrating the SAP & Non SAP application. We came to know, SAP PO having additional component like BPM & BRM.

In addition to that PI integration, we are also planning to provide some approvals like Purchase order approval using BPM & BRM component through Mobility with SAP UI5 interface.

My question is, if we are using any SAP approval using this BPM & BRM component with SAP UI5 interface, do we require any additional user licenses? even though i am having ECC user license and SAP PO core based license.

If we are using any Non SAP application transactions using SAP PO ( PI, BPM & BRM) with UI5 interface, do we require any additional user licenses? Even though i am having SAP PO core based license.

Thanks.

    Mr. Anshul Walia,

    Thanks for your immediate reply.

We are having ECC Professional license for all users. Then still do we require additional user licenses for BPM/BRM ?

I heard, with EC professional licenses we can work in PLM module & ESS/MSS module. Like that only the BPM/BRM comes here.

    So Please clarify.

    Thanks,

PO is licensed based on CPU.

    Components BPM/BRM require Licen seseparately.

It can be installed using both options, with a single SID or 2 SIDs. To install as a single SID, PO must be licensed.
