BP transaction couldn't see BP role & Grouping tab

While i am trying to create business partner with T.code, i am unable to see BP role & Grouping Tabs.

I clicked on BP category "Organization" and it's asking for external number but still no BP role tab & Grouping tab.

Let me now little bit in detail where i have to check the settings.

Note: i reviewed some questions with key words, but none helped me out.
