Price for a hosted ABAP environment, Cloud Foundry as hyperscaler

Does anyone have an idea how much one fully equipped ABAP-Server might cost per user and per month?

I would like pro use this configration for a small business / a few interested users:

- SAPGui 7.x
- ABAP-Netweaver 7.5x
- HANA db on-premise

- Cloud Foundry as the hyperscaler for the workload mentioned above

- # user: two to five
- # development keys: two
