Security guide for SAP Cloud ALM

Hello,

I'm about to set up SAP Cloud ALM for Operations for our cloud and on-premise landscapes.

Where can I find the actual security guide?

I must answer the question of how exactly the data interchange between the BTP could tenant for Cloud ALM and managed systems.

I know to connect Cloud ALM in S4HANA but, let's say, how "Real User Monitoring" with all their personal data is sent to the BTP could tenant?

this is an old question but my answer may help future searches

• about the sec guide -> there is already a good answer from martina.kirschenmann here
• about how "Real User Monitoring"-> your on prem system use PUSH Data Provider process to send, NOT all user personal data, BUT monitoring data, based on roles SAP_SDF_ALM_METRIC_PUSH_FND* and SAP_SDF_ALM_METRIC_PUSH_INTMON (i think...) to ALM through an https destination and use the related certificates
