I don't see an option to create an incident to SAP, I am facing an issue and the I don't find the solution in the community too. Is there any place where I can write the incident?

we had a problem in the past and we opend an incident in our SAP ONE Support Launchpad. After some messages with the support we got an invitation to "schedule an experts".
