How to create iRPA incident to SAP

Hi Everyone

I don't see an option to create an incident to SAP, I am facing an issue and the I don't find the solution in the community too. Is there any place where I can write the incident?

Hello Janarthanan,

Different ways Customers can get an help on the issue which they are facing:

1. You can create Incidents from Built-In Service from the ByD tenant/system
2. You can create incident from SAP One Support Launchpad
3. You can reach out to CIC to create the incident on behalf of customer
4. You can Raise Expert Chat request and then Request incident out of the Chat

we had a problem in the past and we opend an incident in our SAP ONE Support Launchpad. After some messages with the support we got an invitation to "schedule an experts".
