Connection sharing problem in SAC

Hello dear community,

A user has created an import connection in SAC and shared it with a few other users. Models were created using that connection. The problem is that for some reason the creator is not able to login and share it with more people, this connection cannot be shared by anyone else (even the System Owner) and on top of that the system owner cannot even see this connection. I think the System Owner should have the power to see this connection and share it or edit it.

Is there something missing here? Can the System Owner do something more in order to be able to see the connection?

Hi Thodoris,

There is something missing indeed to correct this scenario. But according to the roadmap, this will be resolved in the upcoming QRC release which is scheduled this weekend.

I confirm that in the tenant with the release of 2022.8 there is already a manage option for connections
