See Process permission configuration for workflow in Process Governance

Is the See Process tick box configuration under the Process configuration of a workflow approval in Process Governance so that a workflow is visible (as part of a list) in Process Governance & Process Manager for Users/Groups or just in Process Governance?

So if this configuration was removed (un-ticked) in Process Governance to see the workflow in a list, would this remove it from the Start Workflow Approval list in Process Manager.

Thanks 🙂

The "See Process" check box only handles whether a user can see / open the workflow in the workflow editor (without changing it). It appears in the process list in Process Governance if any of the checkboxes in the Process column are checked.
In general, in Process Manager users can see and start all approval workflows that have been set up as such (with a Signavio trigger) in Process Governance. This behavior, however, can be changed by checking the checkbox in the Process Manager setup > Manage approval workflows > Use workflow access permissions.
Please be aware that with this setup, only users that have the access right (in Process Governance) to start an approval workflow will be able to do so. Meaning also, that now only users that have a Process Governance license will be able to start an approval workflow, whereas in general, every user with 'only' a Process Manager license could do so.
