Hi there, I created a shared mailbox in an SSI scenario for testing purposes. Shared mailboxes are obviously limited in their functionality by API restrictions. The problem here is transferring emails from the shared mailbox by moving them to the SAP E-Mail folder to upload the email to Sales Cloud and automatically get the email back to the shared mailbox after syncing. It just doesn't work that way, if I move emails from the shared mailbox to the SAP email folder, when uploading, when syncing, those emails are pushed to the personal inbox and not back to the shared mailbox. Is this "wired" somewhere in the system or Microsoft doesn't support this for shared mailboxes or for use across multiple mailboxes? Is that "customizable"?
