Role VN not defined in master record for vendor 7305 ( Message no ME329) . Please help me to solve this issues.

HI,

If this Error shows as Warning Message , then you can ignore it , but if it is hard message then check in Vendor Master , Partner Function where you need to define its VN Role.

This error is not showing as warning message. It is not allowing to create.

Check vendor created with which vendor account group and find VN partner function assigned to your vendor account group. For more refer Vendor Master Design

Check you have done same on Partner Settings(Partner Determination) in Purchasing Document( for your case PO) what you have done with vendor account group in following path:

SPRO --- > Material Management ---- > Purchasing -----> Partner Determination ----- > Partner Settings in Purchasing Documents
